Cancellation policy  

Clients who need to cancel or re-schedule a future appointment need to provide at least 24-hours notice to avoid a cancellation fee.

Medicare Rebates         
If you have referral from your GP will be eligible to claim a Medicare rebate of $137.05 for a 50 minute consultation, up to a maximum of 10 sessions per calendar year. You can also be referred by a Psychiatrist or Paeditrician. A Mental Health Care Plan requires that you return to your referrer at the completion of each block of allocated sessions for a Medicare Review. This typically occurs after the 6th sessions in the calendar year.


Health Fund Rebates    

If you have private health insurance you may be covered for Psychological services. Please check with your health fund to see what you’re covered for.

Please note you are unable to claim from Medicare and your health fund for the same consultation.

Payment Terms
Fees are due at the end of the session. We accept cash, credit cards or EFTPOS.
